At Middle Earth Travel we price our tours as low as possible- there are no hidden extras! However, as you can imagine, as group size increases, so the cost per person falls, and our prices reflect that. Quoted prices are per person based on an average group size of 6 people, but may be higher or lower depending on final numbers.

If you book your tour as an individual, couple or small group, the price you pay depends on the number of people who eventually sign up for your tour. This isn’t a con! It’s simply us offering tours with the maximum possible value. It also gives you the opportunity to take a private tour- with your family, or group of friends- and insure that you have the guide, driver and scenery all to yourselves! Plus, it offers the possibility to reduce your tour cost by encouraging your mates to come along too!

If not enough people book, and your final price is too high, you do have the opportunity to cancel and have your deposit returned. This is explained in the Booking Conditions.
